JUN advise clients on all types of infrastructure projects within roads, railways, light rail, and structures. We ensure the client’s interests throughout project lifecycle and contribute to ensure that projects are managed and delivered on a clear and well-defined basis.
JUN supports the client in their role as project owner, with a strong focus on decision-making processes, governance, management, and follow-up, ensuring coherence between technical solutions, finances, schedules, and regulatory requirements.
JUN have extensive experience with projects involving many stakeholders and interfaces and assists the client with coordination and management of risks, changes, and third parties, ensuring continued progress and overall project control.
PROJECT AND STRATEGIC ADVISORY
- Clarification of project basis, objectives, and success criteria
- Establishment of project organization and governance
- Advisory on procurement and delivery strategies
FINANCIAL AND SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT
- Establishment and follow-up of budget and master schedule
- Impact assessments related to changes and risks
- Preparation of decision-making material for the client
PROCUREMENT, CONTRACTS, AND AUTHORITIES
- Assistance in selecting procurement models and contract strategies
- Quality assurance of tender and contract documentation
- Preparation of tender documents based on the Danish Road Directorate templates for AB/SAB, TAG, TBL, UKP, etc.
- Coordination with authorities and infrastructure owners
RISK AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Identification of technical and construction-related risks
- Establishment and maintenance of risk and change logs
- Follow-up on mitigation measures and decisions
STAKEHOLDER AND INTERFACE MANAGEMENT
- Coordination between client, consultants, and contractors
- Management of complex interfaces within and around construction works
- Dialogue with third parties (authorities, utilities, Banedanmark, etc.)
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND FOLLOW-UP
- Client reviews of project and tender documentation
- Follow-up on deliverables, agreements, and milestones
- Support for handover, documentation review, and commissioning
SØNDERBORG MUNICIPALITY - CULVERT PILE SLAB
Sønderborg Municipality have in connection with the construction of the ring road at Nordborg Resort, extended existing culvert for Gildbæk to ensure that the new road crossing meets width requirements, and current traffic safety standards.
