JUN offer Project Management services including planning, reporting, lead of collaboration and communication models, multi-disciplin coordination, resourcing, quality assurance and change management.
With several years of experience within the infrastructure consultancy business, we can take lead roles as Project- and/or Technical Manager(-s).
JUN is included on Banedanmark’s list of resource persons, including project and design management within track and embankments, earthworks, and drainage.

- Collaboration and collision checks of digital basis
- Execute Interface workshops

REVIEW AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
Multidisciplinary review of project and/or tender material documents
- Quality assurance of design within road, geotechnical, ICT and BIM agreements and manuals etc.

RISK MANAGEMENT
- Identification and evaluation of risks
- Mitigated measures and follow-up
- Creation and maintenance of risk log
- Role as Risk Manager
THE GREATER COPENHAGEN LIGHT RAIL
Med ansvar for designkoordinering og fagledelse på vej, bane og installationer, har JUN blandt andet samarbejdet med CG Jensen og Banedanmark om S-banekrydsninger og CSM-processer.
KRYDSNING LETBANE OG BUDDINGE S-BANE STATION
JUN har udført assisterende designkoordinering og kommunikation med validator og Banedanmark for arbejder indenfor Banedanmarks område i forbindelse med Letbanens krydsning af S-banen i Buddinge.
